1. Return Eligibility
Due to the perishable nature of our pizza and bakery items, we only accept return, replacement, or refund requests in the following cases:
Incorrect or missing items in your order
Damaged or spoiled products upon delivery
Any other order errors caused by us
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to report any issues.
2. Replacement and Refund Process
To request a replacement or refund, please contact our customer support team with your order details and a description of the issue.
We may request photos of the damaged or incorrect items for verification.
Once approved, a replacement will be delivered to you within 1 or 2 hours at no additional cost.
If you prefer a refund instead, the amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds will be credited within 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Items that have been partially consumed or tampered with are not eligible for replacement or refund.
We do not offer replacements or refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction with taste.
